We Believe In...

God: We believe that there is only one true and living God. He, in  essence is immovable and enormous. He is not only a reality; His iis the ultimate reality, an intelligent spirit, and the creator of all. He is God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit

Jesus: We believe Jesus is the savior, the Lord Jesus Christ and the incarnate reality of God. He is the walking revelation of God's love to humanity; He embodies grace. Jesus is 100% God and 100% Man. He died on the cross for the redemption of God's creation. He got us on the third day with all power of heaven and earth in His hands

The Holy Spirit: We believe the Holy Spirit is Christ in present tense empowering the believer, energizing the church and encouraging Christians that God is still with us. The Holy Spirit convicts us of sin, points us to the truth, and leads us into righteousness.

The Church: We believe the Church is Christ's bride and His body  in which to witness to the world through word and communion. The church is a fellowship of regenerated men and women called out to live together in community life

The Scripture: We believe that the scripture is God's word: it is His written authority for the Church. The scripture was given to ordinary men and women through inspiration; the scripture is flawless in principle and accurate in content.

Humanity: We believe humans were created in the image of God. God breathed His life into humans; humans voluntarily rebelled against God and fell from a state of protection, thereby, experiencing separation from God. Consequently, all humans are sinners, but by choice, are redeemable through Jesus Christ, our only hope to experience once again, the peace of God

Salvation: We believe in God's saving grace. We believe the blessings of salvation are free to all through the Gospel; that the requirement of acceptance is thankful, sorry, and obedient faith, and that nothing  interferes with the salvation of the sinner except their refusal of the Gospel. Humankind's disbelief or rejection of God is the condemnation

Baptism & Holy Communion: We believe baptism is a visual demonstration of God's inward renewal of life in the believer. Through baptism, our names are changed. In the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, we are placed under the authority of God's power and protection. It is the symbol of Christ's death, burial, and resurrection to a new life. It is an important that we remember the Lord's Supper/Holy communion. Jesus Christ took the bread and wine to establish them as the imperishable symbols of the Church. The Lord's Table is open to all people in the faith who desire fellowship with Him

The Virgin Birth: We believe in the Virgin Birth; that Mary, mother of Jesus, conceived him by the Holy Spirit. He is without sin, born of a virgin as no other man in the past or present can ever be born in that manner. He is both the Son of God and God the Son

Justification: We believe that justification is being brought into the right relationship with God; His position is accomplished without consideration of good works (of righteousness) . Justification is the forgiveness of sin. The gift of eternal life displays God's love for humankind, and by faith in the redemptive blood of Jesus Christ in His righteousness given to us
